About

The things that
must be borne.

Ferendis delivers AI governance and compliance for regulated industries. We exist because regulated AI is a continuing obligation. The program has to hold across audits, regulatory change, model updates, and years of growth.

Our thesis

The frameworks are multiplying, ISO 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, the EU AI Act, and converging with the regulatory regimes that already govern healthcare, life sciences, finance, and federal work. Enterprises are expected to satisfy all of them at once, continuously, and to prove it under audit.

Tooling can automate evidence collection, risk classification, and monitoring. But the layer that determines regulatory defensibility, interpretation, judgment, audit defense, clinical and bias assessment, the regulated-industry overlays, cannot be automated. That work is what Ferendis owns, end to end.

Built in. Not bolted on.
